I mix it as per the instructions here http://figjamandlimecordial.com/2014/12/12/an-overnight-sourdough-in-pictures/ <br />I use a large mixing bowl and let the bread proof in it overnight and the next morning I just gently turn it out onto a floured surface, cut in half and then gently place into the heated camp oven and slash or snip the top with scissors.
